FAQ

What are the rates for booking the studio?

$150 for 2 hours

$225 for 3 hours

$300 for 4 hours

$550 for 8 hours

Multiple days or longer hours can be negoitated.

Is parking available on site?

Yes there is ample parking in the front paved lot. The rear parking also offers extra parking, however the rear lot is not paved.

Do I need to clean after our rental?

We ask everyone using the space to move any furniture back to to its original spots. Kindly dispose of all garbage properly and take any excess food with you when you leave. If additional cleaning is required beyond regular use, a cleaning fee may apply.

What are the hours for the studio?

Studio hours are 6am until 11pm. Additional hours can be negotiated.

Is the space wheel chair accessible?

The Studio is located on the ground floor and is wheel chair accessible.

Can I bring pets?

Pets are welcomed, please be prepared to clean up after them. There is a side entrance with access to grass if they need to stretch their legs or use the washroom.

Is there change rooms?

While I do not have a change room in the space, there is a men's and women's restroom right next to the studio. If you need a private change area there are two separate washrooms down the hall.

Is the studio private during my booking?

In most cases, you’ll have private use of the main shooting area during your reserved time, I generally work from a separate room inside the space.

Can I tag the studio on social media?

Absolutely—tagging the studio and location is encouraged and always appreciated when you share your work online.
